As Assistant Director for Operations, Rebecca leads internal business functions for the Gibbons Institute. Before joining the Gibbons team, she advised nonprofit clients within BDO USA’s Industry Specialty Services Group, specializing in the optimization of operational processes and internal control environments. Whether in or out of her professional role, Rebecca enjoys drawing adventure out of life—approaching new activities, topics of learning, culinary experiments, sports, and hobbies with curiosity. Rebecca is an alumna of Catholic University’s Busch School of Business, where she earned a B.S.B.A., in International Business and Markets & Political Economy, and a minor in Spanish.
